Wild hunt rider not working for Rangers

When managing to proc on some ranger encounters, the buff will immediately disappear.

So far i know it does it on thorn ward and rain of arrows.

I was told it doesnt work on some other ranger abilities but i cannot confirm (only use a green one so it rarely procs as it is)

    I have a purple wild hunt rider but when the 'wild hunt' buff procs it seems to last a good amount. However i havent' noticed if it is bugged for certain encounter powers. It could be. Or maybe the green wild hunt rider proc is bugged? Does yours work for some powers and not others such as the ones you mentioned specifically?
