Tried to look around but haven't found anything on this.
I want to transmute a gear, but before droping 50k I wanted to make sure of something.
This the the armor I'm wearing:
This is what I want to transmute to:
And this is what appears in the preview in "change item appearance":
You can see that the cloth below the waist doesn't disappear, will it look like that after transmute? Cause that cloth is exactly what I want gone. Same happens when I tried with my TR.
Can anyone please confirm that the preview is glitched and the final result will look exactly like the one I transmuted to (no skirt)?

So yeah you can safely pay the 50k AD to get the appearance a you want ^^.
Nice to know that it's safe to do it even when glitched =]
Should have followed the preview tip for dyes though, cause I went all black dye and it was too black lol

It costs AD to transmute something each time you make an appearance change. The only exception is for free-to-transmute items, and even then it's only that initial transmutation that's free (0 AD cost).
