Loot rolls not happening

many times throughout dungeon runs the item wont show up for you to roll need or greed or pass on.. sometimes no one will get to roll on it and it will say everyone has passed, and the item will be sitting there on the ground still.

Happens when more than one item is looted at a time. Best way to take care of it, as a work arround is to assign one person to do the looting, and to only loot the next item once the first is given out.
