Best boon for a DC?

Anyone know the mechanics (chance to proc and cd) of Augmented Thayan Bastion?

    seems broken atm it proc every min and works only for 1 mili second

    So far Augmented Thayan Bastion seems to be on a 60+ second CD. Similar to the 4th boons in both Sharandar and Dread Ring. In it's current state I believe that Madness or Burning Guidance are the best choices. If the boon is working as intended then it is pretty terrible and I'd suggest going with Madness or BG.

    Go maddness, I chose that on my DC and I get full stacks every 5 sec. I like it.
