The Loggin reward items?

Hey I wonder when i will get the items for login event because me and my friend doesnt got the hat and the pet for login in could i get some respond...?supouse to be polish event login and we still waiting because some of us got items and some dont...

    There's a reward claims person in Protector's Enclave, across from where Sgt. Knox is. I'd start by checking there. Some reward items are also mailed to your character in-game, so also check that. Certain items, like Zen store mounts, are claimable via the Zen store itself. Lastly, if you're talking about something related to an in-game event, like the current Winter event, then in that case you'd have to go to the specific Winter event zone, and partake in the events there for the related unlocks.

    nah we can't find in guild we checked everything now just last chance to ask some support person on forum because is alot person who missed that reward from event login.

    It was a Polish event, so ask on the Polish forums.
