Phoera Companion - Active Bonus Synergy with SoulForged?

Does anyone know if the Soul Forged Enchantment procs the Phoera effect, or is resurrection only when you are revived by a player?

    I'm usually too busy dodging the red to notice, but from what little I have seen, my health takes a pretty big spike upwards after getting back up with soulforged since adding a phoera (and I'm the healer, so it's not someone dropping heals on me)
