What type and level of enchantment might you get if the wisp appears?

In my experience level 4 enchants and runes drop. I have two enchants slotted and the drop rate is fairly decent; although I wouldn't begin to know how to do the math to offer a percentage of drop rate.

They are very good. I recommend making a set of blues with as many fey enchants as possible just for doing dailys in sharenndar and dread ring. I held off for a while not believing it would be worth the sparks, gold and AD but i noticed it as soon as i slotted one. Especially with the new refinement system.

It's nice for solo play but enchants you get are shared with others during epic dungeon runs. So meh.

I havent noticed that. I have got enchant drops from kills in pvp and never had to loot roll for them and also when partied up for questing. I have not run the enchants slotted in dungeons because I have my main gear set specifically for DDs but I cant imagine the " rules " are different for DD party. but like i said, since I havnt used them in a dungeon I dont know for sure.

The wisp that drops looks like the bags of regular loot you would normally see, so it's hard to determine which is which from just the aesthetics. Though, from my experience, the enchants dropped from the Fey Blessing Enchant is selfish only, meaning even if you were in a dungeon with random people, the loot roll screen will never pop up on the wisp unlike the enchants dropped from monsters which do have the loot roll screen pop up, and they also drop right at your feet. Also, much like the dropped enchants throughout the game, I'm guessing rank 4 enchants are the highest it'll go.

I have 3 of them and they drop at a very good rate even at 1%. You only get R4 Enchantments, they appear at your feet and are yours only. What I meant by that is, if you are in a party, only you can pick them up and your team mates will not roll on them. They do drop at a much lower frequency in dungeons and skirmishes, but they will occasionally drop. In parties outside of the dungeons/skirmishes they seem to drop at a rate similar to when you alone.
I suggest getting at least the basic ones, even if you will never upgrade them. You will not regret it. There are no better enchantment for utility slots.

Are you sure about that the enchantments earned with Fey Blessing are yours alone without the loot roll popup?
    Never really checked it.

pretty sure they don't work in dungeons.

I've never slotted a fey blessing enchantment and occasionally I will get enchants dropped at my feet in which there is no roll for. This will happen only once or twice a dungeon, and has always happened even before module 1 which introduced these enchantments.

currently i use fey blessing as cheap r7 for refinement.

Yes, I do most of my dailies with a friend. The enchantments from Fey Blessing appear at your feet, unlike the regular drops which fly into the air when you kill the mob. That's how you know they are from the Fey Blessing. You pick them up and they go straight to your bag, no loot rolls.

My experience... partially... as well. Most dungeons, I get them drop exactly at my feet, pick them up, they go on roll :(

    However.

Sometimes, rarely, I can pick them up normally and they go in my bag.

In PvP they go directly in bag, no rolls whatsoever.

Not sure about other content, I only group for dungeons.

I have a CW with one greater and one normal. The droprate is extremely interesting, but like I said earlier, on lvl62-65 NPCs, it's communism, everyone can roll on your enchantment. :p

It used to annoy me but i don't care anymore. That may be a huge drawback for some people though. If you don't like that don't do it, because you'll spend most of your times in dungeons anyway. I just hope i'm not alone to have that equipped on my team.

You may have had this experience in normal DV. NPCs are lvl 60 there, so you can pick your enchantment for yourself.
