I was hoping a dev or somebody could help me. I purchased Zen last night so I could buy the companion pack. The purchase was completed and the Zen showed up in my account wallet. I transferred the Zen to the Neverwinter server as per usual - except the Zen never showed up in game.
I tried to create a ticket but the PWE support page cannot be navigated. Most of the links are dead and I can't even see how to create a ticket. I submitted a forum post (is this a ticket?) but haven't heard a response. I've tried calling but the telephone support system is worse than the website. They loop you through until they finally tell you that all agents are busy and then it hangs up on you - not even a queue system.
Now I read that the sale is over early. The only reason I purchased the Zen was to get the companion pack. I read the post and see I am supposed to transfer Zen and then submit a ticket saying I wanted the pack. But my Zen hasn't shown up in game yet so I can't transfer it - and how am I supposed to make a ticket? In game or from the website they link to in the forum post? I don't see a way to create a ticket from that website.
Anyway, my patience has run out and I am very disappointed and angry. I have been waiting all night and day for my Zen so I could buy the pack and now this?
Any advice or recommendations on how to create a ticket for the companion pack?
