Winterfest: Insane low fps. (usualy 60fps now 20fps) and less

Either you screwed up the game with the winter updates or amd screwed up the drivers. No mater wich, the game is just unplayable now on my dual gpu ati system.

Turned down quality to lowest, still choppy as hell
Tried to set everything to default in driver settings to support game settings (no override anywhere), still no change.

I doubt you will fix it or care but I wanted to give my frustration some voice, because I would actually really like the content and love the fishing and the race and monsters on ice.

Well but this goes down on the drain now. Another update, another untested content. I wonder who is testing this for you anyways? I seriously would do lightyears of better job. :S

same thing is happening to me. after the last maintenance, the problem seemed to be fixed, but today, it's as bad as it ever was, if not worse.

What seems to affect the fps of the whole zone is those bugged hunter dailies spewing into the ground. Even if you dont see it directly in front of you. them being somewhere in the zone seems to slow everything down. they are mostly in the Monsters on Ice area, and sometimes occasionally in the fishing pools.

try switching to another instance if this happens.

Yeah the more Seismic bugs in your instance the worse it gets. Winter fest also has some of its own fps killers as well in the slalom run to make matters worse.

The only way to play Winter fest now is to instance hop until you get one with only 1 or 2 Seismic bugs.

Hard not to be frustrated by that bug at this stage.
