Paragon Feats and Skill Trees

Been playing this game for a few weeks now, tried several classes and have 2 almost max level now. I have to say though that the "Paragon" paths and the feats skill trees seem very...lackluster. It doesn't seem to matter what class I'm playing or looking at the feats etc that I think that these barely change or add any flavor to how the class plays.

The Paragon feats seem especially awful taking up a passive slot for abilities that generally I don't really care about or such a small effect it's not worth the slot. The final skills in each paragon tree(not the dailies the ones on the 3 skill trees on feats page)all seem pretty worthless and usually seem to boost skills/things that I don't even do with my character. I find myself just trying to toss points into all 3 trees for the 5 pt skills that seem useful and not even bother trying to max one. Is this normal?

As an example it seems that a lot of the skills on the CW paragons have nothing of value to me, focusing on boosting chill spells etc that I don't even use. I feel like I'm forced to dump 5 points at a time to get something that MIGHT be useful to me on things that I don't really want at all.

I feel like the Devs need to go back and rework the paragon feats and also the trees a bit. Right now it seems like they are all rather blah and like I said earlier, the paragon passives all seem to be pretty terrible and not worth a slot.

Thoughts?
