Seal Purchases not showing up in inventory

Tried posting this as a bug report in-game but it appears it didn't take so I'll try the forums:

Have made three attempts to purchase "4x Seal of the Lion" and one attempt to purchase "Seal of the Drake" via accumulated ardent coins and, although I get charged for the purchase and a message saying "[ITEM] added to inventory", it is NOT getting added to my inventory. Don't want to waste any more ardent coins on further attempts. Is this a known issue? I couldn't really find it searching the forums...

    They appear in your currency tab not inventory main tab

    Obvious if unfortunately slightly insulting question, you are looking in the currency tab right? If you are I'll see if I can replicate it on one of my invoker alts.

    Yes, they should be in the "wealth" tab (the one with the picture of the gold pieces), I currently have some seals of the lion but the number doesn't increase as a result of making purchases.. The same window that shows the ardent coins balance, along with a button to "spend" them. This is how I attempted to purchase the seals.

    If it matters, I originally installed Neverwinter as stand-alone, but it is now installed within Steam on my PC.

    Look in your main inventory for a new bag. I believe you have to open the bag then the seals will appear in your currency tab.
