Black Hearted Title

so I finished ebon downs and I did both the skirmish and the main dungeon and did not earn my title. The journal says I have everything done yet no title. Anyone else having this problem?

    It could be another bugged title ... The Wiki shows that quite a few aren't being awarded ... Best advice is to submit a Bug Report ... at least that way it gets officially noted ...
    Is it finally a T5/U/T6 KDF Science Ship?

    There's currently a bug where it doesn't register completion of the skirmish. I've done it with two chars since module 2 released and neither has the skirmish showing up as completed. There has been at least one thread in the bugs section of the forum already. Gate Crashers is apparently also bugged. Hopefully when this is fixed, the game will remember that you did the skirmishes in the same way that the Cultist Hunter III achievement showed up on characters after being patched.

    It also didn't register completion of quest line in that area for me.
