Merry Christmas, :D was wondering what the best option for cw Engared Regrowth or Shadowtouch?. Currently I see Engared Regrowth as the best option, since I have the boon Elven Ferocity (Sharandar), but wanted to know the opinion of you. Thank you.

    I would pick enraged regrowth for PvE and shadowtouch for PvP. Of course, I don't know how often they proc, if they only proc once every 2 mins or something silly, there's not much use to either.

    Shadowtouch would be really good at ToS final boss.
