Need advice for my INT rogue

I started creating an int Rogue and I first noticed that I couldn't start with more than 14 int no matter what I did.
I got past that, got hold of some recovery enchantments and now I'm wondering what path to choose for PVP in order to stay as long as possible in stealth while also dealing damage
If I choose the Master Infiltrator, I will have impossible to catch and gloaming cut, but wondering if staying close to my target would be a bad idea since I will be seen. Also wondering if I will be able to stay close enough to my target if it tries to run.
If I choose Whisperknife, will Dishearthening Strike and the other ranged at-will do enough damage, and wondering how much time does the dot of Disheartening last.
