Hi, I would like to suggest a purchasable service called a Character Redesign.
What do I mean by this, well basically it would be going through the whole character creation process again, minus the class choice. (You should not be able to level a Trickster Rogue to 60 then change it for a Devoted Cleric, that would be unfair).
You would choose Race, Starting Stat Rolls, Appearance, Town of Origin, Origin Story, Deity, and lastly Character Name.
This would of course have to be a high cost service, as it would be a combination of existing services offered with the addition of changing Race and Starting attributes.
The services included in this package would be, Rename Token 400 zen, Retraining Token 300 zen, and Change Appearance Token 200 zen.
Services not offered currently, Change Race 400 zen, Change Starting Attribute Scores 300 zen, and Change Character Origin, 200 zen. These services would only be offered as part of the package and not separately, the zen price listed is only used for calculating a cost for the overall package.
Overall this would bring the package cost to 1800 zen per character, which I think is a fair cost for someone that wants to try a new race or starting stats but doesn't want to re-roll a whole new character, level them to 60 and gear them up.

However, yes, given the many deeper specializations, content releases and gearing investments, the value of your suggestion can only keep increasing with time. So, it will have to be considered seriously eventually.
Does their other game, Star Trek Online, have such a package or full set of services?
