Looking for a guild to call home

cixitaihoucixitaihou Member, Neverwinter Knight of the Feywild Users Posts: 1 Arc User
Long time gamer looking for a guild. I am interesting in a guild where players are all treated with respect and there is low drama. I am a casual gamer but like to do dungeons. I quit WoW years ago because of the time commitment it took to compete at the higest levels of the game. I was the tank healer for one of the top raiding guilds that was always competing to take down the next boss before anyone else on the server. I would like to do high level instances when I get that high in Neverwinter but I do not plan to make the game my life. I just started playing a week ago and have a level 44 rogue, level 30 cleric and level 26 tank.

I want a guild that is active and runs a lot of dungeons but also does not require min/maxing for all of its members. I want a group that will talk and have fun and discuss encounters rather than just streak through a dungeon as fast as possible like all of the PUGs I have run with so far in this game.

What you will get from me is a no drama person that likes to make jokes once I get comfortable with the group. I also do not mind trying a boss over and over again wiping while we learn the strategy as long as we are talking about changes to make and not just rushing back in hoping this time will be different. I am mainly focused on PvE but I do not mind doing some PvP.

I play anywhere from 2-6 hours a night and mostly every night of the week. 6 PM to midnight MST is my normal time frame that I am on.

    The 4th Corps sounds pretty close to what you're looking for:

    We have a Dungeons division that owns the party quests with DC Cas at the helm;

    We have a PVE division that is holding a meeting this weekend, choosing a name for themselves and DC Josiah is considering who will be Company Commanders;

    The RP and PVP divisions are just waiting to gain traction but are accumulating more and more Corpsmen. They're merely not growing as fast as the other two.

    But what we pride ourselves on is the quality of the people we have. We don't blast zone chat asking if people want to join. We queue up and then ask people who aren't already associated in a guild if they'd like to try us out. We see someone struggling or just having to take a long time on enemies because they're not set up for DPS and help them out.

    We're good people. We like to have fun. And we like each other.

    The 4th Corps is a good home for anyone that wants one.

    Come give us a look at http://the-4th-corps.forumatic.com/. Also feel free to look me up in-game at Sir Joachim@Forge04.

    Long live the 4th.
