In the video, it looked like sprinting to go farther? I didn't try my GWF this morning but a CW. Teleporting made her lose all momentum and fall straight down.

so far, i could only get my GWF up there. i'm not sure what the trick is to get my CW up there. i even drank one of those wine potions to add 450 to movement thinking that was the key but alas it was not.

I don't think you need anything special to get there. However doing such may make it easier to do it repeatedly/more consistently. But I landed on the rock ledge just below with my DC (missed the angle slightly). Haven't tried too many times since that attempt, but I'm sure I could make it if I just aim better. :P
There seems to be a sweet spot of direction (maybe there's an extra "speed burst" marker up there) - you'll know you hit it because of the weird extra stutter running animation (at least on my screen) that shows up for a second, like you're about to stop/fall but then keep on going.
I love little touches like this. Our guild has a competition going on trying to get up there, it's one thing that allows us to have a fun activity just for the fun of it. It was most amusing to watch as we all gathered together, hurling ourselves against the cliff face.
Also, somebody needs to take a screenshot or video of somebody trying it atop a pig mount. There's a 'when pigs fly' joke in there somewhere.
It's a cool Easter (Christmas) Egg, but I have given up trying to make it. I'm done impersonating Wiley E. Coyote. Either I hit the cliff just below the lip, or land off to the right side of it. Yes I have gotten the 4 buffs, and usually I am lined up right on it, then splat. Thanks to Cryptic for adding it in though.
I figured I would post mine, for the record. First, Brecken got up there:
Then, Gral:
Then Brecken gets on the Telescope ...
Then Brecken got on the statue's Hammer ...

with your cw, try running from about 1/4 down from the top of the slope. right before you fly off, press TAB (steal time) and you should catch enough air with the run boost.
haven't done it with a DC, but if there is a way to boost your run speed with your DC, that would be the ticket.
You can glitch the upper dome of Lord Neverember with appropriate use of mighty leap. By timing a jump with mighty leap, you can actually jump over head height UP, as well as a good distance in any lateral direction.

It's easy for a GWF to get up there....all others require help from a skill that can give a speed boost.

How is this possible?
Mighty Leap.
