question about recapping

My friend is about to recap their CW's stats and powers and I know someone once told me that apparently there's a bug that I should be careful about if I ever decide to recap my character.

Apparently if you click the recap button on a certain page, you will only be able to recap that page, instead all the skills you possess, but I can't seem to remember which page that was (it might have been the powers page, or the boons one, but I can't remember at all).

Has anyone been recapping their character lately, so you can tell me how my friend can safely use their token and fix up their CW as they please?

If you click on the feats page you get 2 options ,one is a full respec and one of them only get to respec feats , that costs AD though whereas if you click the respec button on the skills page you get to do a full respec although that costs either Zen or will use up a free respec if you have one available.

Ok so to make 100% sure; click the button on SKILLS page, and you get to do a FULL respec on ALL pages, using up the free respec token that was given to all after the shadowmantle update?

((sorry for double check, i always want to be 100%, especially since this is for my friend and i don't want them to mess up by accident))

the button is clearly labeled respec feats only and will pop up saying it costs AD. The other one has a confirmation page pop up saying you have X purchased respecs and X free respecs available and you choose which to use.
