Clothing/Equipment Scaling on Halfling/Dwarf Characters

I play a Halfling GF as my main and I've been disappointed with the appearance clipping on a lot of items.

I'd love to be able to wear a cloak or use a transmute item like the Fey Spear or most of the shields, but what I tend to find is that they aren't actually shrunk down enough to make them look right on my GF; Most shields are so big that my weapons glitch through them, and the spears and cloaks just glitch through the ground.

Even fashion items like the Moonsilver Regalia aren't actually shrunk down properly and glitch badly into the ground.

This may seem like a small thing to a lot of you, but it's disappointing not to be able to equip things (or use them as transmutes) because they break the appearance of the character.
