Why is the Gateway on my iPad in French? And how do I set it to English?

I tried Sword Coast Adventures on my PC, and had a lot of fun with it. Got a new companion, too. 
So I sat down in front of the TV with my iPad, logged into the gateway, and... uh... it's in French? At least, I think it's French. It might be Spanish. But either way, it's not in English, and I have no idea why, or how to put it to English. A little help, someone?
As I said, the gateway works fine on my PC, so I tried to use it to find a Options, Settings, Language or someting like that, but nothing. I can't find it. Am I missing something here?
Edit: Nevermind, it doesn't matter. It has a lot of promise, but unless there can be some sort of not-entirely-random, I don't see the point. Example: I needed 2 shields and two of those magic spirals. Round one? Two shields and one spiral. Every other round until I failed? Not a single hit. This happend *eight* times in a row. All I needed was a single symbol, but it didn't show up at all. Not a chance. Then I got every symbol on the very first roll. And this on a tier 2 challenge? I thought the companion's stat could make sure I got certain die more often, but apparently, the stats is completely irrelevant. Either that, or the game is bugged beyond belief. So unless they can put some sort of strategy to it so we can actually win from time to time, I don't see the point. Kinda sucks, as games like this can be a lot of fun.
