How Does Ubiquitous Shield Work?

At 5/5 it reduces combat advantage effects by 25%, as far as i know, CA effects are 15% more damage to your attacks.

So having this feat actually make me cancel all CA damage ? (25%-15%) and gives me extra 10% on top of that?

Or does it reduce 25% out of 15% giving me total of 3.75% DR against CA?


Any answer would be appreciated.

    3.75 % as total

    It is more of a PVE feat combine of Knight's Valor

    And it works great too if you are a Swordmaster Tactician that run KV in PVP
