Hello,
Well I am new to the game, already lvl 15 so I can ask questions . I got several questions thsast would like to get sort if its possible:

1. 1. Is a hardcore game, or can it be played casual?
2. 2. Is cafting useful, I mean can I outfit me through crafting without being way back from loot items?
3. 3. Apart from questing, are there other other ways to level up? Are there group content apart from instance / raids?
4. 4. Got some boxes that needs an enchsate key, Are they only obtainable with Zen?

Love the double numbering system.

1: No, it can be played casually. Much more so than many MMOs.
2: No, crafting is hilariously useless. You'll level far faster than your crafting skills.
3: Praying. PvP. Leadership professions. Skirmishes. Dungeons. Honestly, levelling up is not a chore: mostly you'll find you level so fast you'll miss out on content. Skirmishes can be outlevelled, so do those when you can.
4: Yes. You can get the keys from other players, but they're all ultimately from the Zen store originally.
