Being in the Spotlight.

Hello fellow Authors! I have a question.

Yesterday I read somewhere-that the Foundry Spotlight hasn't been... active. That the spotlight quest hasn't changed since July.

I'm new to the game. As soon as I unlocked The Foundry I've been in the program learning everything I can to put together the most intense adventure I can stir up. I haven't actually played the game since I reached level 15 a week ago. I've spent countless hours working on my quest. When I read that the Foundry is "phasing out", I frowned a bit, I have already invested so much time-should I expect it to go in vain? Or do I have a chance to get in the spotlight?

They "claim" it is not being phased out. Here's post from Sominator. YMMV.

There are two things, Foundry Feature and Foundry Spotlight.
The Featured Foundry is the important one, since it puts you at the top of the list in-game. Foundry Spotlight gives you a blurb on the web page, but that doesn't really do much for plays. (I know this because my quest was spotlighted before being featured and got very few quests until it made the featured list).
They have regular updates of the Featured list, even thought the spotlight isn't updated.
[Sadly, it does indeed appear that featuring has also slowed down, not as many as often as used to be)
