Skirmish achievement failing to award

Earlier today, I ran the Defend the Temple skirmish twice (to satisfy Rhix) with my HR. Yet my char's journal still doesn't show the associated achievement as having been awarded.

Has anybody else had this issue? I have a vague memory of these sorts of problems having occurred very early on (during the closed beta?) but that they'd been fixed out months ago.
