Fox's cunning dodge buged or intended?

What i noticed is, when u buff urself or other ppl with fox's cunning u should dodge the next attack BUT it only dodges the dmg part of the next attack, not the cc!
So either in pvp it's pretty bad and even in pve its very annoying when u still get proned or knockbacked even when u have the buff up.
Pretty sure it's a bug since when u dodge an attack u also dodge the cc effect from it.
Any thoughts?

this is the melee version of it i guess, not the dodge buff

I reported this behaviour in the bug section; at worst its working as intended and just very confusing. (This is worst because if its not intended it can be fixed.)

The melee version is called Fox's Shift if I remember right. I agree thought its very annoying to only evade the damage and not the cc.
