Forgemasters ~3k - ~12 secs cooldown, 3 ticks
Brake their Spirit ~3k - ~9secs cooldown, 3ticks
both encounter dmg ticks end way before cooldown.
Or just in some other words: not worth to try.
They all got some good and nice side effects like healing or stuns, but they are also very situation-specific usefull.
But to answer about stacking: everyone ticks for itself, so they don't stack up / expand like you my thought.
