% Values for HR Buffs
In case anyone was wondering and hadn't checked for themselves, this is the info I extrapolated from my damage log:
Oak Skin = +10% damage reduction (e.g. 29% DR becomes 39% DR). Assumedly reduced to 5% for allies unless Nature capstone feat is selected.
Stag Heart (Feated) = +10% damage reduction as per the tooltip, stacks with Oak Skin and persists for as long as the temp HP remain. Temp HP value appears to be equal to 12% of caster's max HP at full effectiveness.
Commanding Shot = target takes 15% additional damage while debuff persists.
