Plea to tech-savvy people -- Refinement Calculator

I know nothing about coding or website creation, but if someone out there who does made a calculator for our new refinement system, Im sure a lot of people would love it.
So can someone make a refinement calculator or something? Give it a faux window with the ability to select what sort of thing you are trying to upgrade (artifact, enchant rank 6, lesser vorpal, etc.) and then a way to select what you are going to feed into it (rank 4 enchants, shards, whatever) and tell us how many of whatever we need to get to a desired level.
For example, you put in a Rank 7 Radiant to the "This is what I want to refine" slot. Then you say, "I want to upgrade this to Rank 9 by using Rank 4 Radiants," and the calc will tell you, "Okay, you need XX Rank 4 Radiants, plus 2 Greater Marks of XX, plus 2 Coalescent Wards, plus yadda yadda," keeping in mind that this is the max you would need, since you wouldn't be able to account for crits.
If anyone wants to take this idea and use it, please do!
