Does anyone know the soft cap for regen?
Also, is there an online resource for regen accessories (rings, neck, belt)?

Thanks.

The soft cap would be about 10%, or around 1300 regen. The easiest way to get regen gear is to search the AH for blues with the appropriate term "youth."

Other than that there are a handful of items to keep your eyes out for. Greater Rings of Health and Executioner's Rings are very good. There's a couple purple rings - that drop from Dread Vault and the Fey equipment crates - but I don't remember their names off the top of my head.

For a belt the only purple I can think of is Thickgristle's Sturdy Belt. For blues use Youth or the Baldric of Evasion.

Not much for Neck out there besides blues of Youth.

Also, check out the PvP artifact.

As mentioned above, set your AH search parameters with ''Youth'' as a keyword, ''regen'' as a stat and to look for level 60 rare items.

As a class-specific example; helm, armour, greaves and gauntlet wise a DC should search for any item starting with ''Exemplar's'' or ''+5/6 Blessed''. A premium item for a DC are the Angelic Gauntlets, but these things can go for 700,000 AD or more.

The universal jewellery I use on my current regen spec are a Nefarious Ring of Youth (133 power, 133 crit, 110 regen) and a Blessed Amulet of Youth (neck) with 133 power, 133 recovery and 110 regen. These are all blues. There are many ''x Ring of Youth'' that combine two different stats with 110 regen. I'm sure there are a few blue regen neck pieces as well. Keep in mind though, these regen blues can be very expensive. The rings are dirt cheap, but when I was buying my stuff I paid 30,000 AD a pop for the class-specific greaves and gauntlets. Armour can push 50,000 AD and as mentioned, the Angelic Gauntlets cost more than any comparable T2 purple due to its huge defensive number (700+) and substantial regen number (~250) and rarity.

There are a handful of purple jewellery pieces I've come across, but they can be pricey. The Greater Rings of Repulsion retail for 200,000 to 300,000 AD a piece. Thickgristle's Sturdy Belt is a purple regen item that can be bought for around 10,000 AD.
PSA: You don't need to grind Spinward Rise for your Elemental artifact main hand if you have some AD lying around. You can craft it via the Tyranny of Dragon's campaign screen.

Are there blue regen rings that can't be traded on the Auction House? I vaguely remember seeing someone in PvP the other day with blue regen rings. I can't quite remember the name but I'm 100% positive they're nowhere to be found on the auction house.

TR rings from the pegasus seal store. Old pre re-work seal of the executioner(now probably all gone) and Ring of Preservation.
Except for my semi-retired DC, all my L60 characters have 1-1.3k regen, simply because it works fantastically on all classes.

Most classes I figure can get to at least 700 with the new boons and some basic gear.
