joining idris in a pug you join a finished instance

No loot, no boss, it sends you to the exit with one person d/ced and anyone else unfortunate enough to have joined up. Should have the instances closed to new arrivals as soon as boss is defeated. Its pretty infuriating during DD while trying to get t1 chestpiece when this occurs multiple times in the same hour. 
You can tell this is the case by the 1or 2 x's in the queue to join it. Been trying to get in for a day and a half now.
Apparently most of the dungeons are currently experiencing this same issue.

Now I've noticed a couple things, there is usually someone in the party that is afk in a regular zone. I think what happens is that the party completes and people take the portal. One or two people drop and then one or two may go afk, hit the bathroom, go have a smoke, who knows. At that point I think the queue system tries to load someone else in anyways. Then the problem gets worse as you get cycles of people in some that don't leave right away etc etc etc.
This is all just a guess but it's the only one I have on it. I didn't fill out a bug report as I only fill those out if I can reproduce the error and feel confident in what I'm saying about it. This is too much of a wild guess on my part on what's going on.
