Still having connection and lag problems

Since the last patch after the initial release of Shadowmantle it appears that most of this problems disappear, but i still having issues of incredibly lag and server disconnections, and are very annoying. I play from Spain and its not problem of my internet neither my computer. This take place in certain hours, probably because of the big amount of players and the server cant handle it... I dont know. The issues are:
-A lot of lag in Protectors Enclave.
-Server Disconnections at certain hours (i think).
-The launcher take 4-5 min to launch/start the game, when before take a few seconds.

The same goes for me. Despite stable Internet connection, no firewall/antivirus etc. I can't play the game, it is such a shame.
