HR free Feat respec due to Archery Mastery's complete edit?

So heard in preview Archery mastery is being changed from its current version of 100% crit chance on next attack after a Crit, to 100% crit chance on next encounter after a crit 20 sec CD. Someone mentioned this was a "bug fix" but reworking a feat completely I wouldnt consider a bug fix...If it was procing more then intended, thats a bug...if it wasnt procing at all, also a bug, procing on melee atks? bug...

I can see where in its current form it might be slightly too powerful, (personally wouldve rather of left it in its current form but added a CD timer to it, my pve builds arnt heavy on encounters since I generally use thorn ward+split the sky)

Honestly all this will do is funnel archery spec archers into using Hawk shot, proc archery mastery-hawk shot, rinse repeat when off CD

I see this effecting a lot of HR's builds, so would assume a form of free respec (feats only) would be called for :3 so any chance of that actually happening lol

    Why would you need a respec. It is not that big of a hit that everyone thinks it is. My encounter powers I use are split the sky, thorn ward and rain of arrows.

    this is a huge nerf, Archery mastery was infact a bit too strong but most ranger dmg comes from atwills, not encounters that are there just for support; please put a cooldown(10 sec would be ok) but keep it working on atwills too, or skills like aimed shot become completely useless.

    well that's making me kinda sad since there are very few attacks that combined with Archery Mastery delivered massive damage (PvP aimed shot was literally cleaning the floor).
    On top of that HR doesn't have much of a role on the battlefield in PvE, I would go as far that he's useless; only 1 at-will can deliver dps needed, AoEs are not that much effective, buffs are bit of a joke (especially healing one, thoose numbers make me giggle whenever using it) and only usefull skills are single target (so PvP mostly) so they doesn't work well either on bosses (immunity) and trash mobs (too many/CWs will vaporize them with their AoE&better CC).
    HRs gonna have a rough times in PvE if disruptive shot doesn't disrupt Val in MC
