Broken Que

For the last few days anytime I have tried to "que" for a random group to any 5 person dungeon, the que pops up with red X's in several of the spots and when I join, I enter into a dungeon that doesn't have enough players to finish. This makes being able to join a random group to complete a dungeon just about impossible.

Now that all the shards are one, the amount of traffic in the "LFG" channel streams by fast enough that it is extremely difficult to try and see who is putting together a group that I might be able to join. The "Que" system is vital to this game, so that smaller guilds, who do not have the player base to put together 5 man dungeon groups at a moments notice, can continue to participate in the game.

I am just wondering if this issue has been addressed by the Dev's and if there is any chance of a patch to fix this anytime soon?

    First of all, Queue*. Please spell it correctly.
    Second, you have to be patient with cryptic. This is new material and they need to fix it. Just give it time

    I don't care how its spelled, my post is that its broken, and therefore needs to be addressed. Taking time to fix this is the worst thing they can do, because when people can't play the game, and right now, not being able to join/complete any 5 man dungeons through the Q means that many players can't, those players will often look around and see what other game strikes their interest.

    If this was a new issue introduced by the latest patch or hotfix i'd say, yes sure give it some time. But this issue has been around at least since the game went live. It makes finding groups through the matchmaking nearly impossible with queue times between 20 minutes and 2 hours only to find yourself in an already cleared dungeon thanks to some people staying in the empty dungeon after collecting the loot and the matchmaking system not realizing the dungeon is clear. So it keeps adding people to that instance over and over again.
    This issue needs to be fixed or at least addressed by Cryptic so we at the very least know they are working on a fix.

    So are we going to get an answer or not? It's kind of a big issue, not being able to do dungeons without spending hours sitting in /lfg looking for a healer.
