Lair of the mad dragon

Whenever I queue for Lair, I get two declined/three accepted no matter how many times I do it. upon accepting it loads me at the final campfire and people being to drop instantly. Tried restarting, force verifying, etc.

It's bugged, there are several dungeons that appear to be completely bugged out and always load completed dungeons no matter what when you use the queue. When leveling my hr I had to completely skip those and go right to Greywolf as mad dragon and throne of idris were always bugged.
