the "One Time Code" is being requested every time I try to use this feature. Is there some setting I need to change on my pc or is ths a site issue?

If you're looking to disable it, head over here: https://secure.crypticstudios.com/

If you're wanting to know why it's constantly being requested, the only thing I can think of is that it really only seems (to me) to want to save one computer at a time. So if you're using multiple computers to access it that may be a reason.

Alternatively, here at work all browsers are set up to dump their cahce, cookies, and history once closed out. If you have a similiar set-up, that may also be a reason why.

It's almost certainly a cookie problem (cookie not being saved.) Check your browser settings.

Notta problem. Personally, I put up for it because its a 5 - 10 second nuisance (unless the e-mail system is down or running hella slow, which has happened several times since I've been playing, in which case it is a very looooong nuisance) for a wonderful added security value. IIRC, is this were disabled some folks could most probably log into my NW account in-game as well without needing that 1-time code, which is a risk I would prefer not to take.

Be safe and good luck :3.
