Is the Acolyte of Kelemvor not healing anymore?

I have a Rank 30 Acolyte that is no longer casting Blessings of Kelemvor and am therefore not receiving heals from Kelemvor since the update. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Supposedly they fixed it so that she only casts it when you are in battle, instead of every 5 secs like she used to (and drove you insane!) Lol, maybe they "fixed" it too much??? Or was that her other blessing??

    They also did some tomfoolery with Lifesteal and Regeneration as well i think, so perhaps it fixed some powers, but broke others?
    Is it finally a T5/U/T6 KDF Science Ship?

    Hmmmmm well that is a pisser. It was nice to get topped off on health between battles; though the constant casting was annoying.
