Greater Elven Battle Enchantment

Hi, I have crafted a Greater Elven Battle Enchantment and it does not seem to work at all against Ranger ability's. I am also having difficulties trying to determine if its working as intended, it does seem to lessen some cc but does not seem consistent. I do know it did nothing at all against Rangers. I would assume this is a bug.

    There is currently no CC immunity to a Ranger's grasping roots. Unstoppable doesn't break them, Impossible to Catch doesn't break them, so the fact that the Elven Battle Enchantment doesn't stop them is no surprise to me.

    I have a feeling that this is the design intention of the Ranger. Because after playing one in level 60 pvp, I can tell you this... If they allowed CC immunity to grasping roots I would probably drop the Ranger and never play him again. Besides the decent at-will damage, grasping roots is the only shining point of the class.
