Missing quest, dev please relook

Hello everyone, this is Shorlong. Some of you know me, some of you don't. Some of you even know what happened and why I left the game. Back in July, my quest, Dirty Politics, went missing. Logged on and poof, gone. I had not violated any rules, I had not done anything wrong, received no warnings, nothing. Just. Gone.
I came back about a month ago, determined to tell my story, but I just don't have the heart to redo three months worth of work to get it right. All the story, the timers, everything. I had made a copy, right before this happened. That copy ended up being blank. Nothing had copied over except the name and description. No characters, no maps, nothing.
I sent in a ticket, and got no answer. I posted on the forums and was told to receive a ticket. I posted in the help forums and was told it would be escalated.
For the love of all things holy, please find my quest and reinstate it, so I can move on to the next quest. That is all I ask of you.

My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.
