I need some help, support isn't providing it.

It seems I'm screwed. All my Astral Diamonds and gold went missing between 12/1 and 12/4. I DID NOT SPEND THEM. Player support has told me I wasn't hacked, and there isn't enough information to restore them to me. Basically I'm missing AD and gold and support is just telling me I'm ****ed. What do I do now...

    i'm not sure what kind of assistance you're looking for from the forum community, but unfortunately there isn't anything that can be done to assist you at this level. if you've already contacted support and they've responded, this is definitely not the next avenue to take.
