CW - Move to special powers slot

Not sure if this been reported already, but when I right click a power and want to put it on my "Mastery"(guessing this is the "special power slot") it has as keybind the "left click", which I dont(its still in my TAB) so it doesn't allow us to quickly change our power on the Mastery slot.
