Knight of the FEYWILD pack not appearing at founder merchant.

I purchased the Knight of the Feywild pack however none of the items appear at the founder merchant to be claimed. They don't even appear as not available.

I am also unable to create a Moon elf as this option doesn't even appear at the character creator.

CS Ticket number 131206-000298 and 131207-001480.

    when you bought it, did you get the email with the key in it and did you go here to redeem it? if you did and it's in your list of redeemed items, then the best thing to do is what you've already done and that's contact customer support. there isn't anything we can do here on the forum level, unfortunately.
