Join instance/foundry solo while in party

Heya, me and a friend queu up for dungeons all the time but i'm questing in a different area then he is. Sometimes i wanna enter a quest state that says "You must gather your party before venturing forth." is it possible to skip that message and go in that "instance" solo ?

    You can go in an instance solo, but you have to get out of the party first. If you want your friend to join you, he can come even if he's is questing in another zone. I don't know if you can invite him to party after you entered the Dungeon but I'm guessing you can. If you can't then you can both enter the Dungeon and he can leave after you're inside.
