I noticed when I use it with Divine Fortune it doesn't give me any divine power. Is it because it a non cleric power. Has anyone else tested this out?

Pots don't give you divine power if you have divine fortune.. why would the artifact?

... no, I haven't tested it. My logic to me said it wouldn't work. :)

"Your non damaging powers also build divine power"

The Artifact is an item, like pots and other consumables...
So why should it work? It,s not a power.
Ok, on the other hand, de-mounting triggers Etheral Boon to show a way how you might thought....

De-mounting has always made you gain a small amount of divinity regardless of whether you spec into Ethereal Boon or not. I don't recall ever reporting it as a bug but I noticed it happening before my DC specced into that feat.
