wher to find mark of power?

hey guys where i can find or buy this - mark of power - and all the artifact assets except ah.
is there any thread that explain all this?

    you can actually look at the tool tip of the mark of power and it tells you where to find it. these drop in epic dungeons and in skill nodes in epic dungeons. they may also drop from the artifact booster pack in the rusted iron lockbox. the lesser mark of power drops from normal skill nodes and also possibly from the artifact booster pack. we're in the process of creating that document, however the artifact section has not been finished yet.
