i used the free respec and this happened!!??!!!
when in combat
pressing tab to enter divine mode, encounter powers turn inactive
(when i press rrrrrrrrrrrreally fast tab and then the encounter power.. IT EXECUTES IT LOL)
(so yes i have enough divine power to normally activate an encounter power....)
Out of combat
pressing tab to enter divine mode, encounter powers can be used
fix pls, this ruins my character....
ok it seems that i just have to release the mouse button
