Kudos to Customer Support!

Recently I had a pretty serious issue come up with my account and in just a matter of days the good folks in customer support were able to get things fixed right up. I have contacted them several times for different issues and have always received prompt and helpful responses.

I have seen customer support often criticized here in the forum, but we should remember that they do provide help to a good number of customers, many of which may not take the time to comment about the good service received.

Thank you, customer support, for all the help you have given to me and the many others that have faced difficulties with the game or their accounts!

I am glad to hear that.

Support is at the front lines dealing with players who are more often than not in a very bad place whether they encountered a game breaking bug, unable to access the game or any number of other issues which can and do arrise while playing in an MMO. It has to be quite taxing to hear so much negativity every day so I am sure seeing a post like this will brighten their day.

Thanks for taking the time out to give some positive feedback instead of continuing to do something more fun such as actually playing the game.
