zen purchase question

Hey there!
I need some help.
I have a new acc on NW and i'm really enjoying the game, but today i got a little worried about the zen purchase that i did.
I'm brazilian and I don't use credit card, so i choose to pay with the "Boleto Bancario" option. I did that last night and today I payed for it.
But now i was looking for information about my purchase on site and there is nothing about last purchase. Can someone help me?
(I Know that here is not the perfect place to post it, but i can't make a new post yet, so please move this to the right place if it's necessary...)

when you purchase zen, you need to actually transfer it into neverwinter. if you're logged in, you can click here to go to your "wallet" and see your purchase history. above that, there is the option to move zen into the game. once you do that, it should be available to spend in the zen store in-game.
