time false set for Force Potion lvl 7 Alchemy?

Why does have Force Potion a 40 min time sink and the Fortification Potion only 30 min? Why don't both have 30 min? They need the same amount of ingredients.
It's annoying to wait 10 min for the Force Potion task is ready, because you need both potions for later Experimentations. So it's intended, that the Force Potion have 40 min or it was false set and the 30 min is right?
