I don't know whether it was discussed or not, but I dont feel like necroing threads for that purpose, as well as writing in official feedback threads since I feel like my suggestions don't belong to any of these.
Ideas are simple:
1. Please add a "GM shop" on preview shard. Since it's meant for testing, it should give an opportunity to test all kind of enchants, equipment and other items for free. It's kinda hard to test without having these items on live servers or without copying gazillions of smaller enchants and ad to preview shard, which doesnt encourage testing at all. And if someone is broke on live, and has no gold, ad, or enchants on his toons, he cant test anything at all. I heard from many players that this kind of "GM shop" is highly wanted on test shard. And after removing free respec, it's impossible to test builds at all. More opportunities for testing means more ppl bying Zen after they tried something and liked it on Preview. And if they cant test impact of different items to their toons, they will hardly pay real money for a pig in a poke.
2. (This can be implemented to live in future) Please add mailboxes in every location main camp. Its not comfortable to come to enclave every time u need to get or put something in mail. I can't imagine how big amount of mailboxes could be bad for gameplay, so pls add at least one for each location.
