i need help for my dc :)

good morning to all
you could tell me a guide / build for a full healer dc?
I read those present, but I do not know if they are still valid.
For example, one thing I can not understand are the caps of recovery, critical defense, etc.
another thing I do not understand is if the Vorpal also influence heal or only damage ... so use it or the holy avenger

    Stats growing exponential, so the more points you sink in there, the lower effects you get on higher amounts.
    So on Recovery you have very low benefits beyond 3k, actually it's getting low beyond 2.5k already.
    Only the Power is kinda linear growing.
    Vorpal takes effect in heals to, since it raises crit severity.

    About guides... just check some and find your own.
    Full heal spec is kinda waste in my opinion...
